The Complete Lipo Jelly Ingredients List: All 8

Lipo Jelly started as a 3-ingredient gummy. The manufacturer has since expanded the formula with five additional named compounds. All eight are covered below, each with a dedicated page.
Apple Cider Vinegar
The ingredient the entire product is built around. Traditionally associated with digestion and post-meal blood sugar balance, and the reason this product exists in a gummy format at all.
Read the full page →Glycine
An amino acid abundant in gelatin, studied for its role in gut-hormone signaling and glucose metabolism, though human evidence at food-derived doses remains preliminary.
Read the full page →Alanine
A glucogenic amino acid involved in the glucose-alanine cycle, studied in the context of blood sugar regulation, particularly around protein-rich meals.

One of the most studied polyphenols in food science. A 2009 meta-analysis in the International Journal of Obesity found a small but statistically significant effect on body weight versus placebo.
Read the full page →Hydrolyzed Collagen + Vitamin C
Collagen has a legitimate evidence base for skin elasticity, and vitamin C is a required cofactor for collagen synthesis — relevant support during a period of weight change.
Read the full page →Turmeric (Curcumin) + Piperine
Curcumin has a substantial anti-inflammatory research base. Piperine increases curcumin absorption by roughly 2,000% in humans, per Shoba et al., Planta Medica, 1998.

Included purely for flavor. Without it, a gummy carrying real ACV content would be considerably less pleasant to eat daily. Contributes to total sugar content.
Read the full page →Glucose Syrup
Provides the smooth, chewy texture that gives the formula its gummy format — a standard confectionery ingredient, not unique to this product.

The original 3-ingredient formula (Apple Cider Vinegar, Cane Sugar, Glucose Syrup) is still fully present. The five new ingredients — Glycine, Alanine, Green Tea EGCG, Collagen with Vitamin C, and Turmeric with Piperine — were added to target additional angles: amino-acid-related metabolic signaling, thermogenesis, and anti-inflammatory support, plus a skin-elasticity pairing relevant during weight change.
Still no proprietary blend
Despite nearly tripling in ingredient count, every compound — old and new — is still named individually rather than folded into a vague blend. Exact per-ingredient amounts for the five newer compounds aren't published in the materials we reviewed, though the ingredients themselves are named plainly.
A note on sugar content
Cane Sugar and Glucose Syrup are both added sugars, unchanged by the formula expansion. Checking the exact grams-per-serving figure on the current product label is worth doing if you're tracking daily sugar intake for any reason.
